About the Client
The client is a global manufacturing and supply chain enterprise operating multiple manufacturing facilities across India and South-East Asia. They supply major industrial, and consumer electronics, and automotive manufacturers.
The Challenge
The client’s daily business operations relied on several disparate enterprise applications, including a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), SAP ERP, a Transport Management System (TMS), and a Quality Management System (QMS). Even though they were capturing massive amounts of transactional data, their business reporting remained highly fragmented and heavily dependent on spreadsheets.
They approached Aegis Softtech to eliminate this analytical and operational issue:
- Siloed and Distributed Data: Business information was completely spread across separate enterprise applications.
