Job Title: Dynamics 365 Developers

Location: Gujarat/Remote

Experience: 0-10 years

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy CRM solutions with Dynamics 365.
Implement new data processing and collection algorithms.
Create real-time processing of data and integrate it with specific CRM functionalities.
Work with the customers to understand the business requirements and participate in the planning.
Demonstrate good knowledge of the use cases of CRM and suggest ways to improve the client’s existing operations.
Translate the customer needs to functional processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with the client’s marketing, sales and other teams to understand their needs at the grassroots level.
Design the application user interfaces, classes and components.

Desired Candidate Profile or Skills

Highly knowledgeable in end-to-end creation and management of Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of executing complex data systems for manufacturing, warehouses, logistics, customer service and sales.
Experience in working in No SQL, MongoDB and other SQL databases
Functional knowledge of the supply chain process, customer management and back-end business operations.
Ability to work with the clients to understand their CRM needs and delivering a customized CRM application.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with a multifunctional team.
Ability to handle client communications and feedback.
